Yes, the app is entirely free for clients. Create an account, submit your requests and contact technicians at no cost.
How are technicians verified?
Every technician goes through a verification process by our admin team. A "Verified" badge is shown on validated profiles, guaranteeing their reliability.
What do credits mean for technicians?
Technicians use credits (1 credit = 500 FCFA) to accept requests. This system ensures only committed technicians respond to clients.
Can I attach photos to my request?
Yes! You can attach up to 2 photos (gallery or camera) to better describe the problem. Each photo is limited to 100 KB to preserve your data plan.
What is the 2,000 FCFA callout guarantee?
Before submitting your request, you check a box committing to pay the technician 2,000 FCFA for their callout, even if you ultimately decide not to proceed with the work. This amount protects the technician and encourages clients to submit serious requests. The technician is informed of this amount as soon as they accept your request.
How do I write a good request description?
The description must contain at least 8 meaningful words. JeFala1Tech automatically analyzes your text and rejects meaningless character strings (e.g. "gefghg", "blablabla"). A real-time word counter guides you as you type.
Does JeFala1Tech work without a fast connection?
JeFala1Tech is optimized for Cameroon's mobile connections. Images are compressed (max 100 KB), and the interface stays smooth even on 3G.
How do push notifications work?
JeFala1Tech sends real-time notifications: the client is alerted as soon as a technician accepts their request, and the technician gets notified when the client closes the job. Notifications work even when the app is closed. Allow notifications on first launch to make use of them.

What if I disagree with a client or a technician?
Both clients and technicians can open a dispute directly from the app (no-show, poor workmanship, unpaid balance, contested review…), up to 7 days after the request is closed. Our team reviews the case and settles it impartially.
